I write in the strongest possible terms to recommend Zoe Kenworthy and Wardsmith & Co estate agents. Zoe was absolutely fantastic - she has a keen eye for detail and really understands how to show your home to its very best. She even arrived with plant pots and some soft furnishings to create the perfect photos. Most recently she has shown our home off to its best with the most phenomenal 'virtual' tour of the house - the technology she is using is market leading. She has such a phenomenal eye for detail that our home had never looked so good! Zoe really understands the selling process, she understands people, and she and her team work hard to keep the sales process on the road. Despite us losing a buyer due to them losing their buyer, Zoe sold our house again in a matter of days. She is wise and able to give good advice. Her team are always available and Zoe has personally been available to us all hours or the day or evening. She passionately believes not just in selling a property but selling a home - and she genuinely cares about this and understands how important it is to people. Zoe has 2 decades of experience in the business and her wider team, very many between them. I will be recommending Wardsmith & Co to everybody I know (or even hear of!) who needs to sell a property. The attention to detail, customer service, and ability to negotiate are absolutely first class. Wardsmith is Zoe's own company and because of this she really does go above and beyond the call of duty - it is not just a job for Zoe, it is a passion, and that passion is something that shines through very clearly when she is selling your property. We have bought and sold a number of homes over the years and it is without a doubt the case that Zoe herself and Wardsmith & Co more broadly are the best estate agents we have ever worked with. A friend of ours also used Zoe and her team's services and have had exactly the same experience as us - it's a fantastic company and you will not regret using them for selling your property.
