Well, my offer has accepted on Monday for a Detached Bungalow, so I get mortgage advisor to work & asked them to generate the Decision in Principle which was requested by Andrew Morris employee, also he ran the credit check on my file, which takes time as most of the offices are operating from home due to COVID 19, within a week that means NOT EVEN A FULL 7 WORKING DAYS passed, they send me an email saying they sold the property to someone else, even though my offer was accepted first and on their website was showing SOLD. Looks like, they sold the sold property to someone else, what a waste of time, how can you trust the local businesses, they didn’t even apologise, just made their commission that’s all they were interested. That’s why people don’t trust local brands over major franchised brands, at least they work on their service and communication. Feels like robbed by the cowboys, who are so mean to make their penny! Thanks for wasting all our valuable time!
