My property is attached to a property owned and let by Maybach, there property is in a complete poor state of repair with unruly tenants. All home owners who are close to this property have constantly complained to Maybach but they simply do not care and take money over morals. They are a terrible company and would not recommend ever dealing with the parasites.

14 Jan 2021Agree totally with these comments. I attach photo of garden of Maybach tenants 2 ford up from me. We have repeatedly complained to Maybach to no avail. They will run down your area and do not look after or help educate their tenants in looking after the neighbourhood.

Maybach took a tenant who was in my property and asked him to leave with one day notice. Maybach did not take a reference from me, if they had I would have not been able to give a positive reference due to rent arrears and property damage.
