really unprofessional staff, very unhelpful, really wouldn’t advise going through this estate agent as they were practically useless which meant a lot of extra work for the tenants during the final year of uni? if you do ever contact them do it through emails as any calls made will just be disregarded as there is no evidence, last resort if you did have to use them as an estate agent make sure you take pictures of every square inch of the house or expect them to rob you at the end :)
