As a tenant, the people at the Caversham branch are very unhelpful and completely untrustworthy. They've pushed me to sign contracts and promised to get back to me about certain concerns but they never do. They say they'll look in to my concerns but it never gets anywhere in my favour. In fact, I'm under the impression they don't bother going to the landlord which creates a false image of the landlord being unreliable but it could actually be the estate agents. I've found certain employees at this branch try to cleverly make these promises over the phone so that you can't prove what they said later. Beware of that. It seems to be a common and reoccuring trick.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
