Excellent service. Hazel was very professional and so helpful. It took us just a day to view the house and arrange every detail. Apart from that Hazel arranged all the bills to be under our names.

The guy who initially dealt with me was professional but after tenant was found the 2 ladies I dealt were rude and unprofessional over the phone. Later on to discover that one of the lady was the director of the company. It really made it difficult when I made a complaint for she dealt with it but ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
