Awful Experience! Avoid at all costs. I have never had such a bad experience I. My whole life! I found a property which seemed perfect for myself and my daughter. I went on to proceed with everything, this company NEVER answer the phone only if they want money! I was promised lots of works would be done on the property before I moved in. They tried to take over £3000 out of my account without even asking me! The day cane for when I was supposed to collect the keys and I walked into a flat which was horrific! There were cockroaches, mould, damp the place was filthy! I was promised we carpets but they weren’t changed they weren’t even clean! I was robbed off my holding deposit too! They false advertise and make false promises! Please please don’t waste your time with this company. I’m now in a position where I have no where to live and I am 8 months pregnant with a 2 year old! It’s disgusting.

Utter scam.... They are looting us.....all the ads posted are unresponsive. It's a trap . They just want to grab the money first and then get away...I wish I had some kind of 6th sense power to know if this was bound to happen.... 499kr is not a small amount to let go....but how to track ... Terrible doesn't cut it. They had excellent service right up until I signed on the dotted line. Multiple repairs still not resolved over a month in, tried to make me pay for the energy bill fo the time between tennants, lucky to get a reply within 3 days, even then it's always some... I've called to the company and I've asked for 4 different random properties which were advertised and all the prices was completely different than on the adverts. They supposedly were waiting for the landlord to confirm, but surprisingly all the real prices were known at the time of my calling and... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should be reliable what they state in the advert, because the advertisement are for the purpose of not wasting anybody time. If the prices are changed intentionally only to get more of the calls, the results are actually other way round, because the clients would be more annoyed.

7 May 2021I had the same experience with Rentify. The prices in adverts do not match the prices during viewings. Rentify showed us flats priced higher than what's advertised on...
