Lydia Straughan helped us in finding a suitable letting for me and my partner. She was so patient and attentive with us. She made the process an absolutely breeze, although there were some issues along the way she made sure I had no hassle in sorting them out and kept in contact with us everyday. For anyone looking for a property, letting or anything else, I highly recommend asking for Lydia. She will get you through everything. Reacently sold our home, technically using Hunters but I feel infuriated that we're paying them 1% of the the value of our property for essentially doing f**** all! This company has no manners and certainly no sense of politeness when dealing with customers. We rented for a period of time with them and were left shocked at how we were treated when we came to sign our agreement. The fee's they charge are very high, although not that much more than the average, ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have used more tact; learnt some manners; sent the individuals concerned away for training.
