Scum of a real estate agent especially the one one 160 Ashley Road,Hale, Cheshire,WA15 9SF , Tel: 0161 928 9510 I am on the tenancy lease agreement and they won't even give my bond back. i had to pay 12months rents in advance. All they care about is ripping off customers. DO NOT RENT WITH IAN MACKLIN & COMPANY They do no have tenants best interests in mind. WARNING : Please share with your friends.

29 Jan 2021Hi, further to your comments here and numerous others on false accounts I would like to make it clear as we have done through much email communication that your boyfriend at the time made all payments to us in regards to the tenancy and deposit, at the time you were unemployed and emigrating from Australia - part way through the tenancy you left due to a break up and began demanding funds that you any association with. You have since bombarded the landlord through Facebook (older very sweet gentleman) and slandered our agency on numerous review sites - all of which have been reported. Incidentally the deposit was returned to your ex boyfriend who made the payment to us at the beginning and was the sole tenant (as you were only a permitted occupier) - I have urged you to seek legal advice or contact the ombudsman as all would agree with our action.

Extremely disappointed by their treatment. We were bidders on a property advertised by ian macklin and were incorrectly told my them that the property would go to "last and final bid" hence to wait for this, but then out of the blue were told no more bids would be taken and blamed the... Rubbish letting agent in Altrincham. I've informed them on a few matter and they just disregard it. Won't even return the bond back. Go elsewhere as there letting agents is absolutely useless. They don't care about tenants just ripping you off. Please share with your friends... Read Full Review
