sham of a company, stuck up employees who are more focused on the way they look than doing their actual job. never reply to emails, or return phone calls when they say they will, do not have an emergency line. their repairs are bodge jobs after bodge jobs just to shut you up. i live in an area where a lot of my neighbours are also with riverside and of the same opinion. its not just one employee either, there are only two employees we have encountered who dont have their heads stuck up somewhere and unfortunately one was for the initial viewing and the other was for the inspection. they keep putting you off and putting you off and genuinely do not care about their tenants. i bet if i went to them to buy a property instead of rent they would treat me like the sun shines out of you know where. absolutely appalling. i have taken my case to the council private sector and i suspect i will be taking it even further than that.

Either you have the wrong company, there is one with a similar name to ours, or you have encountered a different experience to over 400 other tenants in our care. As a team, we work extremely hard to deal with a volume of enquiries, repairs, tenants, landlords and only use tried, tested and qualified contractors to carry out repairs on the properties we fully manage. We are propertymark members and have to achieve an above industry standard level of service to continue to be so. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
