Awful company. Have caused massive upset and stress to elderly long-term tenants by falsely applying charges following a long-term rental. The house was maintained and cleaned immaculately and left in better condition than it was at the start of the rental by dream tenants who they have now attempted to charge over £1k in completely unfounded deductions. The gardens and house were maintained meticulously by a couple who take immense pride in their home.
