Horrible, left without hot water or heating for weeks, mold all over windows even left a door the old Tennant's had kicked in half unrepaired for 4 months of my tenancy. always ignore the phone until I withheld rent then became aggressive instead. Didn't give back deposit with no reason to do so. Avoid at all costs
