Inter-let are a family business, and extremely professional and considerate. I rented from them in a shared house with two friends, and our agent James was attentive, friendly, and quick to deal with any problems that arose. The whole process was handled smoothly, and our deposit was returned promptly at the end of the tenancy. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Turfed out after 4 years 11 months despite being told the property was mine as long as I needed it. Bullshit story about relatives coming to live from Australia, so screw the tenant, turf 'em out.. The best letting agent I've ever dealt with. I was a tenant in two houses with them (good letting agents are so thin on the ground in Cambridge, that once you've found one you don't let go). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
