We are now living in our 3rd property rented through Lane & Browns, and have found the process from start to finish friendly, fair and professional. the previous two houses we lived in were managed by L&B- all of our maintenance requests and queries were always dealt with promptly and we trusted them with our homes completely. our current home is tenant find only but our Landlord is also fair, efficient and friendly which reassures me that they not only are a good letting agent but also that they deal with good landlords in our experience. We treated all of our houses like a home and even with young children living in them we have had our deposits returned in full. We wouldn't want to deal with anyone else!

2 Jun 2020I have been a tenant in the same property with Lane and Browns for over seven years and always found the staff to be helpful and efficient. The response to any maintenance or contract issue has never been anything but prompt and fair. Should I decide to move at some point in the future I would hope that my relationship with Lane and Brown could continue.

2 Jun 2020As Landlords we have used Lane and Browns for many years. They always look after us well with both ours and the tenants best interest at heart. The Team are great, always responding to emails (even in this Pandemic.) We recently carried out a major refurbishment at a property ,and while we live in the North of England , we had no hesitation in using their appointed contractors to do the work. The result was a great finished job, and also a higher rent with a great new tenant. Not sure what more we can add about the quality of their service._ Well done Lane and Browns.
