Applied a property and paid a holding deposit — all good until poof — the agent cancels and vanishes faster than my will to rent in this market. Vague excuses, no more replies, just radio silence. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
