Dear Mr Patel, We are sorry to hear you have had such a negative experience with us. However, the way in which you have outlined the events that have led to your review is not entirely based on facts. The initial cancellation of the viewing was not because our agent wanted to go home, it was in fact because the previous appointment would be running late and we did not want to be late for our appointment with you, hence we thought it better to reschedule. Reasoning we explained to you on the phone. I would also like to point out that the booking and rescheduling of your appointment was done with more than 24-hours’ notice and within an hour of each other: we did not leave you waiting for long. Two days prior to the rescheduled appointment, an offer was accepted on the property you were to view, causing us to sadly have to cancel your appointment. We do not enjoy cancelling appointments and letting down our clients, but in this case, there was nothing we could do. We feel we gave you plenty of notice of the cancellation (48 hours) and explained the reason to you in detail over the phone.
