We first met Simon Edwards in March 2011 and our first impression of him was one of his personal interest in our needs and requirements. From that moment on we just sat back and let Simon & his wife Lisa along with their staff Liz and Sharon get on with marketing and eventually selling our property. They gave us constant updates and feedback on advertising and viewings. What is normally a stressful experience turned out to be a pleasurable one. We can thoroughly recommend Edwards & Co for that personal touch but yet remaining professional in every manner.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
All complaints are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. We are a member of The Property Ombudsman and hold up to date leaflets explaining the complaints procedure. Should you have a complaint you will need to put it in writing to Lisa Edwards who will send an acknowledgement within 7 working days. The complaint will then be fully investigated and dealt with. The outcome of the complaint will be given in writing within 28 working days.
