I've never been in such a bad renting situation as with this life residential agency. We were left with a washing machine that can explode at any minute, agency sended a specialist who told us not to use it as its super dangerous, we got an email saying all this machines need to be changed and for 2 months we are still in the same situation even with all videos we've sended to agency of smoke coming out of the machine. Also, we are waiting for a sofa for 2 months which was suppose to make part of the furniture, wrong set of keys were given to us and employees will only search for you to collect renting without providing any service. Inna Sholdanenko is our property manager, great in doing nothing so far.

29 Jan 2020It's interesting that you say this is the kind of things you don't like to hear, well I can update by saying, to solve this problem, Life Residential contacted us to tell them the point of the situation. Which I found absolutely ridiculous and if you and your team don't like this comments then work not to have them. Now, finally after 2months we have a washing machine. Just wondering about the sofa that should be here as well... But instead of being organized and know what you're doing, now we are contacted to give measurements of the house in order to get the sofa. Well.. That info you should have it yourself as this property is been rented by you. Also, previous sofa was taken when we moved in order to be replaced, so if the agency did all of this, knowing you had to replace it, wasn't it in your plans to to see what you needed to replace?? Instead of asking tenants for info that you should have? Everything with Life Residential it's absolutely ridiculous and amateur. I wish you all improve for real because it's super hard to work with you guys.
