After selecting this agent to sell our property it became apparent the lack of effort he placed in trying to gain interest in the property. Initially we had to contact him as there were many bookings made which never showed which was suspicious, and to our belief a ploy for us to remain with the agency. We then had to request he place more focus on advertising the property as the agency was not taking the initiative. Once a prospective buyer was found the agent felt that he had no work left to do and it was left for ourselves to complete much of the work a good agent would. The agent was also extremely rude when contacting us and must learn how to speak to customers. Please be careful when selecting an agent and I would chose never to deal with them again, there are many better agents available. I hope you found thus helpful and did not make the mistake we did with Broomfield Estates... The agents who can't and won't.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Offered a good level of service. Also when a complaint is received try to deal with the problem and also offer compensation not charge the high rate for not doing any work.

We would like to contact you regarding this matter but cannot find any recollection of your property by the given name stated in your review. Broomfield Estates feels that we do follow all of our properties right through to the end from the moment we find you a purchaser to the completion date. We constantly stay in touch with our purchasers, vendors, the agents involved in the chain and solicitors in order to speed up the buying process and make the whole process run smoothly. 3 Sept 2020We have never dealt with a Ravi Singh nor sold or attempted to sell a property for him. This is a "very malicious and untrue" comment and should be removed by All Agents or verified by them that it is genuine. Will be happy to to continue the debate with Ravi Singh from here
