will not use Hunters as i believe they have chosen people they call when a good value property come on the market AND DO THE DEAL BEFORE IT ACTUALLY HITS THE MARKET tried dealing with them when they were Turners Evan stevens no luck just tried them again put an offer on a house over Christmas to discover on line its now sstc Hunters never rang to see if we wanted to increase our offer, i would not sell with them as they dont try to get the best price for the vendor
