Hunters stoke Newington branch going bankrupt Hunters stoke Newington branch the worst and have not paid the rent that they have been collecting. I see that they have now filed for insolvency and are looking to be struck off the company’s register. They already made another of their companies insolvent Stoke Newington Lettings so that they didn’t have to pay people back money owed to them and now they are making Negsa Lettings insolvent to again keep all the money they have kept. When a company files for insolvency it means that they are saying they don’t have the funds to pay people back their deposits and rents. Only scammers behave like this. BEWARE. THE SAME PEOPLE ARE STILL RUNNING THE AGENCY UNDER A DIFFERENT COMPANY NAME.

Hunters have been an incredible team. They have worked very hard to sell our home not once but twice as we had a chain collapse within 2 days of exchange and completion. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
