Allows properties to deteriorate to slums. Will fill tenancies with bad tenants. Uses unqualified workmen. Rude and patronising people and not professional.

2 Jun 2021I am also a neighbour of a property managed by this company and I can fully back the approve comment...they allow the house too become a total shit hole. When emailed to ask for a hedge to be cut in the garden due to there hedge pushing onto our fence we were told we had to cut there hedge... I advised we would cut back and deposit into there land for collection as it's there's...and got told if we did so it would have to come out of the budget of cutting the hedge to then be told in the next paragraph... They wouldn't be cutting it anyway...joke of a company stay clear!!!!!

First started working with Quartz Properties in 2017 with 1 property. They now manage a further 4. Has reduced hassle, and even during Covid, rents have been paid on time.
