I have never delt with any one so bad before or since. They are not very polite or professional. We where looking to buy a property through them but they failed to show up for 3 different days and viewings. on a 4th occasion when my plans changed and I could not make the viewing so called the office, they did not have the viewing booked in. When trying to sell through them they told us the seller was ready to move quickly and the sale took 5 months. We started the sale in January and it completed in mid April. When we where buying through a different agent that was a normal perchase we started the buying with the same solicitor in mid march and complete in mid may and and this perchase has issues with the seller not having the property register in there name. They will not let you make offers on a property without proving funds but how can you provide proof of funds when you don't have a fixed price. I.e I am looking to buy a property now through them with bridging finance but the finance company will not provide finance unless you have the agree price from the agent on the specific property as they would need to value it first.
