Avoid!!!! It's a scam!! Beware of fake reviews! They kept more than 100 pounds after agreeing an already expensive 35 pounds to clean the room and blocked my numbers from calls.

Please note, that we do not have a single fake review and accusing us of this is simply not right. We're sorry about the way you feel, however we'd like to point out a few details you didn't mention - we noticed that you've been SMOKING in the room which is absolutely FORBIDDEN and unacceptable and you were aware of that at the beginning of your tenancy. We did NOT charge more than £100 but £35 for rubbish removal (photos attached) + £35 for cleaning and extra £15 to buy a smoke eliminating detergent and we provided you with receipts for all expenses. Please note, that the charge is NOT our decision - it's the landlord's decision who was kind enough not to charge for repainting the room due to the damage caused by you smoking in it or for the missing bed slats. 20 Dec 2019YOU DID NOT PROVIDE INVOICE FOR ALL EXPENSES!!! We agreed on the 35 pounds cleaning fee, the remaining 50 pounds were a SURPRISE, you screenshotted your personal amazon shopping cart for the 15 pounds product you used for your living room and the 35 pounds to bring the 5 boxes in the picture downstairs are not in any invoice you sent. I know your experienced photographer made them seem like a lot but they were only 5 empty boxes and the bin was literally 25 steps away, you didn't produce the invoice so I guess you arbitrarily paid yourself 35 quid of my own money for the job. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME YOU TALK ABOUT THE BED, EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE HAD THE SAME DAMAGE ON THE BED, PLANKS ARE KEPT TOGETHER BY A THIN recycled PLASTIC piece. I know your scammy business practices, housemates and reviews online already warned me about it, I guess I wasn't smart enough to listen. I Hope other people will decide not to get scammed by you after reading mine and other people's reviews. You should be ashamed of your behaviour.. Not trying to defend it.

23 Dec 2019Dear Barbara this is getting really funny. You just proved my point, you only sent me those 2 "invoices", there are still 35 pounds missing that you kept but never proven that you spent. I also wonder what's the legal validity of a screenshot of an amazon cart ?. Please attach the invoice for the remaining 35 pounds, or actually do the right thing and send them to me via bank transfer, and be careful with this behavior in the future

I stayed with them for a year with some very difficult flat mates. They were very understanding people and they helped a lot. Appalling company, absolute distain for their tenants placing them into dangerous situations with no support what so ever.
