We wanted to move from the local area and approached Dave as an agent because we really wanted the personal touch, not the commercialism of other agents. Dave made us feel like individuals and not one of many, and despite the long process of selling, Dave never lost interest or the personal approach with great advice along the way. Would highly recommend if you want attention to detail and as well as getting the job done at the right price.
