Response time to emails is "14 WORKING days" (their automated reply to emails) but even that is an empty promise. I emailed them almost 4 weeks ago but still have not had a reply despite reminding them a few more times. I think this is unacceptable, given that they get paid by me for their service.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
