Disgusting.. I've a disability I've shouted at them yes I gave out of sheer frustration. Ive had work men state I've not let enter and then say I have turn up stating they need to do a job first thing in the morning and say I've not allowed access when it was allowed, but bit to walk into a women's bedroom when not dressed. Jobs not done and if they are, their done to a standard of a cheap state. I've been bullied, accused of not paying rent. I've had to report them to the council. They are the lowest of the low. They don't communicate I had the 'director' enter my home, did not even know the radiotors had flooded twice in the property Their workman used a saw to cut brick, dust was disgusting, he tried to mop it up my house was black my cloths where black. Never stated my neighbor was violent and had attacked the last Tennant, or the landlady even. While the ' director' was on my home he is manner was disgusting, I took a call from my dentist and mistakingly the phone went onto another line and recorded half the conversation luckily it captures his complete distain for his Tennant a woman with a disability that's discrimination I've had boiling hot water thrown at me via a neighbor they stated they did not know was violent but actually did, I've jobs with damp in the walls, no backing paper on the walls, the county council have been involved so instead of doing those jobs stated I've to be evicted I'd run a mile and keep running

All I can say is whilst letting from agencies the thing that should be remembered is that they are in the middle between you and the landlord so issues are placed on them that can't be changed, I've had good and bad experiences, mostly due to the work men and what they called good jobs ... One of the most incompetent organisations I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The worst letting agency going if u ask me. The landlords want there propertys back as soon as you have moved in. The staff had a very negative attitude especially 1 in perticular which including threatening behavour towards me. They take your money of u and dont seem to have a clue what there ...
