These are the worst letting agents ever!!! Rude, unhelpful and let the tenants do what they want. My property was left in an absolute state and they claimed someone had obviously broken in since they checked which was definately not the case. Simon is obnoxious and rude and just out to cover his own ass.. They try and charge for everything and my new arrangement fee's are £280 ??? ridiculous!!!! As soon as my current contract is up i am moving else where!! I would advise you DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
