ands down, worst agent I have ever let property with out of (5+ flats in leeds) Patronising, sarcastic and uncaring staff. Rubbish service. Not even the facade that they want anything but money. Had so many issues with my ERE property tenancy: referencing, dirty when I moved in (despite their promises) maintenance issues, leaks, getting my deposit back despite the flat being cleaner than when I moved into to it. Avoid avoid avoid. I have let with Morgans, Linley and Simpson and JLL. None of them have been great but ERE take the biscuit with how awful they are

Awful Service Moved into a property managed by this company and moved back out 6 months later. 17 Jan 2020I brought a property from there and there were delays to completion, problems with collecting rent. Staff there were useless and unhelpful. Other people here in Hong Kong also have poor experience...
