We found that Nigel and Bobbie of Big Black Hen were a refreshing change from other Estate agents that we have dealt with. We sold our old house and bought our new property using them. Nigel gave an honest and accurate valuation of our old property, and together they dealt with the move in a seamless, timely, and informative fashion. They were both very pleasant to deal with and we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

The flat in Hertford that I wanted to sell had been let out, and was in a shabby state.
