Avoid Saxon Mee if you possibly can particularly if you are a buyer. I have experienced every nasty estate agent trick in the book from them . But being gazumpted with only 4 weeks to go before exchange and a bill for £1500 for surveyor and solicitor fees beats it all. I thought the house was off the market. They now are suggesting I sell the survey for much less to the new buyer.UNETHICAL AND DISHONEST AVIOD IF YOU CAN.
