We were interested in buying a property that was on the market with Michael Graham. We phoned up and booked a viewing and they offered us their free mortgage advice as we're first time buyers. I gave them my contact details and they said their mortgage advisor would call the next day - no one ever called. They did, however, call two hours before our viewing to change the time so we had to make very last minute arrangements to leave work early to get there (even though the house we were viewing was vacant so this was not due to the occupant). The agent on our viewing knew nothing about the property and couldn't answer any of the questions we had - not one! The agent didn't tell us anything about the property, didn't come upstairs with us and didn't try to sell the property in any way. I was advised to email the office with my questions. I never received a response to my email. Despite never responding to my email, they did send me dozens of emails advertising other properties that "might interest" me even though they were well outside of my search area (for example sending through one bedroom flats thirty miles from the property I'd viewed even though we're a family of four with a dog!) and I'd already told them that I was very interested in purchasing the property I'd already viewed. The property has been on RightMove for the last five months and is now "under offer". I'm more than happy to make an offer that may actually be higher than the one it's already under but, because the agents won't respond to emails, it's very difficult to do so. I wouldn't recommend anyone use Michael Graham to sell their house - they really aren't doing anything to try and sell your property and even when people are trying to put in an offer, they won't respond.
