I rented a flat through Beaumont Lettings from August 2008 to last October and could never be happier about the service provided. Andrew (Tustin) and Cliff (Walker) there are real stars; the level of support they give and the professionalism they show are truly rare to find within the estate agencies trade.

I dealt mostly with Cliff and found him to be extremely helpful and willing to help out wherever and whenever help was needed. We dealt with Cliff when we rented for a six-month lease. Throughout he was extremely cheerful, polite, helpful and an excellent communicator. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
