The agency has been managing my property for the past 6 months, they have been very poor at responding to issues and they do not reply to your concerns on time. i have noticed that the agent have changed their director of the company and also the address of the company. i am wondering why. I will be stopping my rent to them until the landlord contacts me directly.

They falsify references to get the tenant to a property and charge around £800-£1000 in cash!!!
