I have rented with them for two years (Ashford) - there's no communication either between their teams or to me. They give conflicting written advice, when I queried how much my final rent payment I was first told £673, then £58, then £273. On three occasions they provided me with the incorrect email address for my new agent to obtain my references, the list goes on - wrong details and phone numbers given to contractors, not providing me with an inspection report. I feel like a project manager crossed with a babysitter. So, so bad.

For many years I had a great relationship with YourMove Ashford, letting houses in the Ashford area with them under full management.
