Very disappointed - a planned viewing was cancelled on the same day by the Estate Agent. A voicemail message was left, but this wasn't picked up until we arrived at the property (a 3 hour round trip) with no Estate Agent representative in attendance. To my mind, a viewing shouldn't be cancelled until or unless personal contact is made, to prevent enormous wastes of time like this.
