Very poor estate agents. Do not use. Rented a small flat which had many problems. Broken shower tap and they sent an electrician. Broken and non functional drain, and I had to fix because of delays. Severe ventilation issue and I had to buy a dehumidifier and ultimately report to council. Response so poor and inattentive. Had multiple staff changes and managers during the tenancy. I now see that Greene&Co is no more and defunct. After moving out had to wait two months for deposit back. Horrendous service. Reported to ombudsman
