We had a very smooth transition into our new rented property. Megan & Katie we excellent, professional, methodical and answered any questions that we asked. Contact was every step of the way, all information to hand the same day as requested. 3 weeks, all the paperwork signatories etc, and we were in our property. All in all, the staff are very friendly, helpful and they really are looking after you the customer. Thank you all so very much, we are very happy.

Went through hell with this agent after vacating our property with the contract satisfied and all payments up to date. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
