We had a very smooth transition into our new rented property. Megan & Katie we excellent, professional, methodical and answered any questions that we asked. Contact was every step of the way, all information to hand the same day as requested. 3 weeks, all the paperwork signatories etc, and we were in our property. All in all, the staff are very friendly, helpful and they really are looking after you the customer. Thank you all so very much, we are very happy.

Went through hell with this agent after vacating our property with the contract satisfied and all payments up to date. They decided to deduct an extortionate amount based on what they considered issues and ignored pretty much everything we had to say, including an issue we had already raised with... Read Full Review
