bidmead cook is a pleasure to deal with . the staff all have high levels of experience and nothing is too much trouble. i have dealt with many of their offices over the years and never once had a bad experience. they are very good at anticipating the needs of customers and very efficient at answering emails and phone messages. i wouldnt deal with anyone else. i cant recomend them enough

My worst experience as a tenant. Incompetent and untrustworthy. For months we had a boiler that broke down several times a week, including over Xmas. I am absolutely disgusted with bid-mead cook I will never ever rent from these again they have taken £72 off the bond of an inventory we spend 3 cleaning and painting the house even cleaned the carpets....
