Lawson Rutter actually has the sassiest management team. Last night we were locked out of our property through no one but the management's fault (they gave the electrician a key to a lock which none of the flat is given the key to) and when we called them at night they made no attempt whatsoever to help us get in the house. They supposedly were sending a locksmith on his way "IN 4 HOURS" (when we were waiting outside at night!) but when they heard we made our way in (through the second floor window!) they just called it off and said it can be solved the next day. Today we had to call them in our work hour to inquire about the entry to our own house and they explained the mistake on their part but NEVER APOLOGISED for it! I can't believe how lightly an agent can take this serious a problem and how unapologetic they can be about it. If we locked our window we will be practically homeless that night! Unbelievable!
