Bruno and Melissa were super helpful and very friendly. They answered all of our questions in detail and are extremely responsive and efficient. Our contract was explained to us in full and we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The perfect agency for students/young professionals who are moving to/around London and are looking for an agency they can trust - couldn't ask for better! The best agency we've ever dealt with - between us we have 11 years worth of experience with landlords/agencies from around the country.
