The Beccles office of this estate agent has no moral code. After agreeing a purchase with Durrants who were the joint agent, Musker McIntyre did not take the property off the market as requested and continued to market it, until they then sold it to someone else at a slightly higher price. Both the vendor and the estate agent should be ashamed of themselves. Because of this we lost our buyer. At no time did they inform us that the property was still on the market, otherwise we would have withdrawn our offer and looked for another property, they used us to get a better offer, which is extremely bad practice.

Disgracefull fees charged by this shower, £350 for a joint application - you must be joking, had a viewing arranged with this company and lucky I asked about the fees, once they told me over the phone I simply canceled the viewing and will never call these cowboys back, they could have the nicest cheapest house on the market and I would rather live in a tent than pay their extortionate fees. Total rip off. The sooner this gov regulates this industry the better, companies that charge both the landlord and the prospective tennant should be closed down. Simple.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
