One of the worst letting agents to work with. Very rude talk down to people and seem to have a really bad reputation locally. Wish there are minus stars available! They do what they think is in their own short term interests so wouldn't touch as landlord or tenant. This agent is pro-landlord and has very poor tennant processes, which means that the tennant incurs significant costs - from basic changes to the lease (£350) to the notice period to quit the premises nearly twice the normal period (when the norm is a calendar month). Terrible DO NOT USE I can only stress you do not use this letting agent either as a tenant or landlord. If you do use them take lots of pictures as you enter the property. They are devious*.
