Excellent service from Andrew McLaughlin and his team at the Portsmouth branch and also from Julie Bramble at the Southsea branch. Helpful advice on preparing the property for sale. Also accepted advice of receiving sealed bids of not less than the initially agreed asking price which resulted in a final selling price of £15,000 above that so very happy with that. Kept advised and updated throughout the whole sale process. I would recommend Cubitt and West.

I want to thank Andrew and Team at the portsmouth branch. For being so efficient at placing my home on the open market last week.
