DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS ESTATE AGENT*** BE WARNED I took Hilary's to the Property Ombudsman due to multiple failings including refusing to give back my deposit for a purchase of a house which turned out to be structurally deficient, she was not registered at the time with an ombudsman as required by law and also multiple failed to adhere to laws governing estate agent practices. She refused to return my funds even though i had a contract in writing with her. I WON, they ruled in my favour on every single count and she was forced to return my deposit. Find a reputable estate agent who will not try and scam you I would give them 0 stars if i could

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
