Untrustworthy and Incompetent! Deposit awarded to the landlord by the Deposit Protection Team not passed to the landlord. Missing or non-paid rental payments not dealt with, or not passed on to the landlord. Do not engage with Belvoir Lichfield unless you want a nightmare on your hands.

Try calling the branch...go on....see if you get anyone to answer....because I cant......try emailing the branch....again, nothing...my tenancy of nearly 5 years has just ended, and my landlord said we had left the property in an excellent condition and promptly informed Belvoir Lichfield to return ...
