The 'Director' of the company is the nastiest person you can have the displeasure of dealing with. My 3 year old daughter partner and self have been without heating over the weekend, so when I have asked if they could provide an out of hours number to ensure they comply with law, I was laughed at and mocked. He refused to apologise, and said 'it's only -1 degrees' and wouldn't let me speak to anyone other than his vile self. NEVER use this company. Take your money elsewhere.

Truly vile individual. Terrible attitude to his tenants. All smiles until you are in there but tough luck once you sign the contract and part with your money. I would not wish dealing with Phillip on my worst enemy. One of the worst letting agents in town. ... Read Full Review

I was a tenant with Nationwide. They don't give any respect to tenants(though I am not sure of how they behave with landlords).
