I would give this 0 Stars if I could. My partner and I were first time buyers and from very early on we noticed signs of poor communication, however as we liked the property we wanted to buy it. From the start we were chasing other agents to contact the sellers and in turn contact Duncan & his team. An offer was accepted and we had to call 4/5 times a day for a week to get the agents to finally send the sale Memo and I had to go to the area manager to enable this to happen. However fast forward a few months and all of a sudden the sale of the property falls through. We constantly would chase the agents 3/4 times a day everyday. The sellers changed solicitors, for which the agents knew about but didn't inform us. We had to find this all out for ourself. And now the agents kept saying they couldn't get in touch with the sellers but we ended up being local to the sellers so went to knock on the door and find out that they decided to not sell and they have told the agents a while back, yet the agents still had not told us. Both agents & sellers were a complete joke. cowboy seller who wasn't serious about selling and is just a waste of time. They were selling a house in NW9 0TH, and I would suggest to not deal with these sellers ever. However these agents are also a joke, who are based in St Albans but do not know what they are doing. How can the agent not inform the buyers of any updates? We as buyers ended up finding out everything ourself, and the agents have not in turn actually done anything. The whole experience from 2 months ago to now has been an utter joke. I would never ever purchase a property if i see this agents name on the house, nor would I recommend anybody else to. They have a catchphrase of being experts, but they are the biggest cowboys I have ever met. AVOID THESE AT ALL COST, THEY WILL CAUSE YOU TO LOSE MONEY!
