To; Sarah Valentine - I want to put on record your 120% efficiency and competence, I have never in 50 years [ as a Chartered Surveyor ] come across a sales progressor of your calibre. Mostly I have found them to lack experience and knowledge of the Legal procedures and timings of the sale and purchase of property . This was certainly not the case with yourself and you promptly responded and reported on any matters raised.
