what a shambolic agents these lot are, I was one week away from moving in to my rented accommodation, I got an evening call from Hilton Horsfall telling me the owner of the house had received an offer to buy at full asking price. I conveyed my disappointment only to be told it wasn't their fault they cant make the owner rent hit property out. this is a true fact but what they failed to mention or take ownership of was the fact that the owner would not have known about any offer to buy if they hadn't accepted viewings on a property already committed to rental ? these guys are blinded by the £ signs and commission, they have no concern for peoples feelings don't trust them.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
